To Become a Member
There are two ways to become a member with estate141.com
Come and see us at 141-141A Stroud Green Road Islington N4 3PZ for your free consultation with our experienced property advisors, between the hours of 9am-7pm Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm Friday and 10am-5pm Saturday.
Use our online service and we will book your appointments directly with Landlords at the time specified by you.
All members of estate141 receive daily emails of properties that fit their criteria and budget. Once a property has been selected by you estate141 will book an appointment for you to view the property of your selection.
Becoming a member with estate141 will cost you £60 for one person or £75 for two or more. This service is valid for 3 months and entitles you to see as many properties as needed until you are accommodated. Once you have been accommodated this service is no longer valid. Please note that estate141 acts as an introductory agency for rental properties below £150 per week only, introducting prospective tenants to landlords. The prospective tenant is solely responsible for all agreements, contractual obligations and exchange of monies between him/ herself and the landlord.
By continuing, you agree to indemnify estate141 against any dispute arising between the landlord and yourself.
